Federal Reserve Board announces the new members of the Consumer Advisory Council. On January 9, 2008, Saurabh Narain was named to the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board. Mr. Narain is Chief Fund Advisor of NCIF.

The Council advises the Board on the exercise of its responsibilities under the Consumer Credit Protection Act and on other matters in the area of consumer financial services.

Also joining the council this year are Jennifer Tescher, Director of the Center for Financial Services Innovation; Michael Calhoun, President of the Center for Responsible Lending and Ron Phillips, President and founder of Coastal Enterprises, Inc.
