Joe Ferrari is a Senior Analyst.

Joe joined the NCIF Team in January, 2011. Before joining NCIF, he attended the University of Illinois at Chicago's (UIC) graduate program in Urban Planning and Policy and focused on economic development and development finance. While at UIC, Joe worked in the Great Cities Institute and conducted research on Chicago's housing market in the aftermath of the financial crisis. He received both BS and MS degrees in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and worked as an IT professional for several years.
