Banking partners in the NCIF Network: Share your institution's stories of successful change in your local community.
Thank you for contributing to NCIF’s collection of Impact Stories from community development banks across the country. Together we can tell the story of the industry’s effect on low‐ and moderate‐income communities. Please identify one borrower, customer, program participant, small business, or organization served by your bank – someone whose story highlights what your institution does best. If your bank already collects impact stories for annual reports, newsletters, or other communications, you may submit those directly by emailing Emily Sipfle. If not, use this guide to submit a success story and image.
Submission must include a high-resolution photo, a quote from the client or bank staff, and client consent to share this story. Ideal submissions are between 200 and 900 words. Stories will be edited for length and style.
